Responsibility.

No responsibility or liability is accepted, in regard to personal property, loss, injury, death, accident or any other form of irregularity which may occur as a result of negligence or default whilst touring / traveling with Big Game Safaris and their Associates.

Insurance.

Although Big Game Safaris and their Associates carry fully comprehensive insurance, it is strongly suggested that the necessary insurance be acquired to cover any other eventuality which may occur, such as personal accident, medical, cancellation fees etc.

Conditions of Liability.

Big Game Safaris and their Associates reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to change their safari, tour, transfer rates, conditions, terms and operation.

Payment.

Non-refundable 50% deposit is payable on confirmation and the full balance is payable 7 days before any departure of a safari, tour, or transfer. No booking will be confirmed unless the deposit is paid.

Cancellation Fees.

30 + Days prior to departure – 0%
21 – 29 Days prior to departure – 25 %
14 – 20 Days prior to departure – 50 %
7 – 13 Days prior to departure – 75 %
1 – 6 Days prior to departure – 100 %
